Afternoon Meeting/Children’s Party:
The children’s party is for children up to and including 11 years of age and ends by 6:00pm
$30 per hour with a minimum of $100 per rental

Optional Extras:
For use of our kitchen i.e. dishes/cutlery/stoves/sterilizer – $50.00

Weekend Event (such as Wedding or Family Reunion):
Event Rate is $1500 including Entandem fees
(Music Licensing)



$300 deposit is required to hold the booking.

Once the booking has been finalized, an email requesting the deposit will be sent.

Cancellation Policy

Half of the deposit, $150, is refundable up to 6 months prior to the event. The full deposit, $300, is nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled within 6 months of the event.

Balance is due at time of rental.
Key pick up 2pm or later on the day prior.
Key to be returned by 11 a.m. the day after the event.

All renters must clean the dishes plus remove garbage and any left over food from the premises.
(A $10.00 penalty will be assessed per each bag of garbage left.)
